Refund Policy

We take great pride and care in crafting each of our handmade beaded bracelets and jewelry pieces. However, due to the unique nature of handcrafted items, we are unable to offer refunds.

All sales of beads, bracelets, and other jewelry items are final. Please carefully review photos and item descriptions before purchasing to ensure you are completely satisfied with your selection. We accept returns on wrong/damaged orders within 14 days of receipt for an exchange of equal or greater value only.

While we strive for 100% customer happiness, beads, thread, and findings are delicate materials that may become damaged during normal wear and tear over time. Natural gemstones can also crack or fade. General signs of wear or slight color variations are considered normal for handmade items and do not constitute defects or reasons for return.

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will work with you to resolve the issue or send a replacement at our expense. However, we cannot refund the cost of standard wear that occurs from everyday use after receipt.

By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge and agree to these policies regarding the FINAL sale nature of all beads, bracelets, and jewelry items.
